Although we are facing challenges with maintaining stock of all needed materials required to ensure a top of the line A Town product, delays are inevitable for receiving materials required to produce your order.
Please visit the UPS website for shipping delays in your area. Once your order leaves our shop for UPS shipping, we are not responsible for delays imposed by shipping delays from UPS.
All return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the date the order was placed with ATOWN CUSTOMS INC to be considered for a refund, exceptions apply.
Return requests, refunds, and exchange requests for orders placed as "custom" orders or "custom candy colors" can not be accepted. However, if you contact ATOWN CUSTOMS within 48 hours of placing your order on www.atowncustoms.com the request to modify your "custom" orders or "custom candy colors" will be granted.
Returns for refund or exchange will not be accepted by ATOWN CUSTOMS INC. from third party sellers, under any circumstance.
Products must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage, defect, and/or cosmetic flaws with its included accessories and packaging.
Return requests made after the 10th calendar day, will not be accepted, under any circumstance.
Return or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of product being received and inspected by ATOWN CUSTOMS INC. and will be processed and/or refunded to the original payment method.
Please note, that we can only process request and accept return’s only in the country in which they were originally purchased. All return expenses incurred will be subject to the purchaser’s responsibility, and $50 restocking fees may apply.

We offer the toughest products in the industry and we stand by our the craftsmanship put into these products.
If there is any defects or flaws in the workmanship of the welds produced by ATOWN CUSTOMS INC. we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product, at our discretion.
If we are unable to repair or replace the product within standard processing times, average 2-4 weeks from product purchase, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

The prices we charge for using our services and for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Warranty claims will be accepted for the workmanship of welds produced by ATOWN CUSTOMS. Warranties do not apply for any modifications made by the consumer. Warranties are void and will not be honored if any alteration or misuse of product, other than for its intended purpose. Warranties do not apply to product materials, are limited to the workmanship of welds on the product made by ATOWN CUSTOMS. We are not responsible for and warranties do not apply to any bends, cracks, cosmetic damage to the hard ware, product structure and/or color coating, When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product.
